Tickets on sale for MNRG March 3rd bout

Lunalux is an official ticket outlet for the Minnesota RollerGirls – mainly because the owner of Lunalux (that’s me!) also plays roller derby! I’ve been a bench warmer for the past few months, as I broke my ankle in a derby bout against a team from Ohio back in November. But I’m all healed up and excited to skate again!

So do stop by the store and grab a couple of tickets. They’re cheap – only $10 each! And the Minnesota RollerGirls bouts are really fantastic events. Our bouts are at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium (it’s part of the Xcel Energy Center) in downtown St. Paul. We had a crowd of around 3900 fans at our last event back in January! March 3 you’ll see the Rockits (that’s my team) face off against the Garda Belts, and the Atomic Bombshells take on the Dagger Dolls. Grown-ups can enjoy beer and whoop it up a little. But it’s a family-friendly event, and kids under 9 get in for free! So put on some red face paint, come to St. Paul, and cheer on your favorite stationery designer/roller derby player.
